With 15 years in the automotive industry and certifications as a Mercedes-Benz Master Technician and ASE Master Technician, Saul blends technical expertise with a strong commitment to serving underserved communities. In 2024, he launched the Skills Up Program to support youth and justice-involved individuals from difficult backgrounds in building sustainable careers in the automotive field. The program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and career development to help participants gain real-world skills, reduce recidivism, and successfully reintegrate into their communities.
