Saul Garcia is the CEO and Founder of Skills Up Program, LLC, and a passionate Vocational Training Educator with over a decade of classroom experience. With 15 years in the automotive industry, including certifications as a Mercedes-Benz Master Technician and ASE Master Technician, Saul combines hands-on expertise with a commitment to empowering underserved communities.

In 2024, Saul launched Skills Up Program to prepare youth and justice-involved individuals for sustainable careers in the automotive industry. The program offers comprehensive vocational services supporting the Orange County Probation Department’s SB-823 Juvenile Justice Realignment programs, empowering participants to build careers, reduce recidivism, and reintegrate successfully into society.
